Two posts in one day…sorry!  I’m doing this separate from Resolutions because this will be a supplement to them.

If you’re not familiar with The Perfect 10, it’s a challenge that South Beach Steve is hosting to help everyone accomplish their goals. You still have until January 7th to join, I believe…so join us!  You set a list of goals and make a post each week talking about your progress. At least, I think I understand it 🙂

Here are my goals for “The Perfect 10” Challenge:
-Walk/Jog 100 miles (by the end of the challenge)
-Do strength training/toning exercises three times a week (via DVD’s and the Wii Biggest Loser game)
-Complete 3 sections of my big writing project
-Lose ten pounds
-Set at least one goal for the day, no matter how small, and reach it, everyday.
-Drink at least 80 ounces of water each day

If I understand correctly, every week I will have to do a post updating my progress towards these goals. I’m excited! Ten pounds should be reasonable, a pound a week, but that’s gonna be questionable because no matter how LUCKY I’ve been in the last two weigh-ins (and make no mistake about it…it was ALL LUCK!), I know I have some holiday damage headed my way I’m gonna have to undo–STAT!
